The fake news media’s desperate attempt to portray president Trump as someone who has no empathy for the flood ravaged citizens in Texas fell on deaf ears this week. Understanding why is easy. Just compare what president Trump did this week to what his predecessor didn’t do just one year ago. This week president Trump visited Texas and gave assurances to the people there that things would get better. Visiting with the people of Texas demonstrated the president’s true empathy.
Compare that to what Obama didn’t do just one year ago when flooding devastated Louisiana. Obama showed his empathy for the people by playing golf on Martha’s Vineyard with Hollywood elitist Larry David. The fake news media not only didn’t have a problem with Obama not visiting Louisiana, they defended him him for not going.
The fake news media struck out once again in their attempt to portray president Trump as someone who didn’t show any empathy for the people of Texas. Just compare that to how they reacted after their guy completely blew off the good people of Louisiana. Barack Obama was the king of the fake photo-op. Unlike Obama, the current president doesn’t do fake photo-ops for the fake media. All Trump needed to do was go down and meet the folks in charge and by pass the fake media. The fact that he did that demonstrated to everyone the president’s true empathy.
